General Conditions: Orders shall not be effective until acceptance thereof by Right Sleeve Marketing and such acceptance may be either by notification to the customer or by our commencement of work on the merchandise ordered. Due to the process of manufacturing items to customer's specifications, over-runs or under-runs of not more than 10% will occur. These will be deemed acceptable by the customer and billed on a pro-rated basis. Prices quoted do not include any applicable taxes. All claims must be made in writing within 10 days of receiving shipment. No returns can be made without our permission.
Reproduction Rights: Customer warrants and represents to Right Sleeve Marketing that he/she is lawfully entitled to reproduce and copy the pictures or artwork ordered and has full authority to authorize Right Sleeve Marketing to reproduce and copy such pictures and artwork.
Customer will indemnify and save harmless Right Sleeve Marketing against any claims, actions and damages, and for Right Sleeve Marketing's expenses connected therewith, arising out of reproductions and copying of such pictures or artwork or any parts thereof. Artwork, separations, dies, plates, molds and embroidery disks made by Right Sleeve Marketing shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Right Sleeve Marketing for customer's use exclusively.
