ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Our promotional marketing agency is looking for an Account Coordinator to work with a Business Development Manager to help manage our existing customer base and support new business development.

You are an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always one step ahead of both your clients and the Business Development Manager. Clients call you first, because they know you make stuff happen. You make every client think they're the most important, you understand what clients want, and what they need, before they do. You're not afraid to sell a client a solution they didn't think to ask for. You know when it's time to use a telephone, and you have no need for spell-check.
You are a quick study, have a fresh, open mind and love to learn. You’re not afraid to put yourself out there, and you love client interaction. You think it’s important to be passionate about what you do. You need to be part of something special, where you feel like an important member of the team.
ALL ABOUT THE JOB:
You will be working directly with a Business Development Manager to support new business development and manage existing client relationships. You will manage the pitch from end-to-end: client research, helping develop the presentation, generating ideas, going to meet the client and conducting the follow-up. You will also manage all day-to-day communication with existing clients, including following up on previous business and generating ideas for new requests.
