Timing
Can you guarantee that my order will arrive on time?
Absolutely! Our "ON-TIME GUARANTEE" takes the worry out of ordering promotional merchandise. Your order will ship on time, or it's free. Guaranteed.
How long does it take to produce an order?
Average lead times on our "in-stock" items are between 2-3 weeks, however times may vary depending on product and quantity.
We have a 24-hour ship service available on selected products for last minute needs.
Excellent customer service and reliable delivery are the cornerstones of our business. We will always keep you well informed on your order's progress.
24 Hour Shipping
We offer 24 hour shipping on some products from our catalogue. To make this happen, we need your full order, including camera-ready vector artwork, to be completed & received by 1:00pm EST. Once the order is received, we guarantee that it will ship from our warehouse within 24 hours. Delivery time to you depends on (i) your location and (ii) the type of courier service you request. Overnight service generally assures delivery to you within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse.
Please note we are not able to provide proofs on 24 Hour Ship Service. Decoration methods that apply to 24 Hour Service: screen printing and debossing only. Photo Real, Embroidery, Logo 3D, Steel Threads Metal Plates, Watches and Awards ARE NOT available.

Artwork
Art submissions must be in Adobe CS5 or lower (.ai, .eps, .psd, .tiff, .jpeg, .pdf). Art charges for non-vector artwork may be assessed @ $95/hour.
Please remember...
- Make sure your images are at least 300 dpi, size as (100%)
- Use a compression program when sending larger or multiple lines (WinZIP)
- Convert all text to outlines for Illustrator files; rasterize all text for Photoshop files
Please send artwork as clean, colour separated, and camera ready. If you are unsure about your artwork, an account representative will be happy to assist you.
Examples of artwork that is NOT camera ready:
- photographs
- photocopies
- faxed art
- gifs
- PowerPoint (.pps)
- letterhead
- business cards
- jpegs
- word documents (.doc)(.wpd)
Four-colour process artwork should be provided digitally on CD, or emailed in a self-extracting zip file (.zip), along with a colour output for reference. WE MUST HAVE A COLOUR PROOF WITH ORDER. Please allow at least 1/8" bleed around all sides. Save multi-piece artwork in layers or separate elements.
What is Vector Artwork?
Vector artwork is created using software such as Adobe Illustrator, and can be scaled to any size without affecting the quality of the image. Vector artwork IS NOT a jpeg or gif file imported into Illustrator and saved as an ai or eps file.
What we can't work from scans:
Unlike vector artwork, scans can't be manipulated. Images can be scaled, but it will affect the quality of the artwork. Art charges for non-vector artwork may be assessed @ $95/hour.
Do you use the PMS (Pantone) Colour Matching System?
Yes. However, it is difficult to guarantee a 100% exact colour match, as printing on promotional products (golf shirts, pens, T-shirts, coffee mugs) is not the same as printing on paper.
In certain instances, there is a PMS surcharge if we have to mix the exact pantone colour for your order.
